We intend to intentionally disrupt and dispel the misinformation of the profit driven fitness and diet industry. We don't do "diets". We believe in a journey of transformation that empowers our clients to live truly enduring healthy lives. We will help you achieve this through a journey of Metabolic Restoration, Body Recomposition and Lifestyle Customization.

We believe that every client can be educated, encouraged and supported towards fulfillment of their wellness goals through our proven process.

Our proven process is centered around transformative education and real world application.

Transformative Education - Our first goal is to orient and educate you around the fundamentals necessary to transition from the lifestyle that has left you unsatisfied with your results, to a lifestyle that equips you to consistently and sustainably achieve your optimal health outcomes. These fundamentals include psychological, knowledge centric, and decision making factors that will open up new possibilities for success that you have not experienced before.

Real World Application - We don't stop at simply giving you the tools to succeed, we coach you to apply those new skills in your practical day to day life with weekly assignments that are modeled on our "bridge building" methodology. We design small incremental steps of skill practice, toward mastery, that create new habits that are unique to you. This is a transformative approach because we collaborate with you all along the way to make sure the application of your new skills become ingrained second nature to you. All, at a pace that ensures you are actually transforming your old habits into new, better and more productive habits.

The Domains of Health and Wellness™ You and your Coach will be focusing on several Domains of Health and Wellness™ throughout this journey together. Each domain will be built on foundational principles and be supported by a set of skills that you will work towards improving together with your Coach. Throughout the process we will be checking in on these domains to evaluate where we are and where we need to go next to achieve your wellness goals.

Mindset

Your mindset is you biggest asset through this process and it has likely been your biggest barrier in your past efforts.

Hydration

Proper water intake is a hidden treasure waiting to be discovered for most individuals. This important skill will be a game changer.

Sleep Quality

A lack of adequate sleep not only effects your general mood - it has a direct impact on your adrenal health and body composition.

Food Choices

During our first dive into the nutrition protocols we will take a look at the types of foods and nutrition habits that lead to better health.

Food Metrics

Then we will look at food intake at the detail level - learning about BMR, caloric consumption and macro calculation to name a few.

Movement

N.E.A.T. - or, non exercise activity thermogenesis is part of your metabolic engine. We will find ways to capitalize on this for you.

Digestion

By increasing proper digestion we can actually reduce inflammation and improve all over metabolic health and well being.

Mobility

Your ability to move effectively is the precursor to more intense exercise protocols. We will get your body primed for more.

In this phase we really incorporate exercise and begin to see a greater shift in overall body recomposition and transformation.

Finally, we begin to master the skills needed to continually reevaluate and tweak all of the previous arenas to be your best!

The Initial Assessment and Coaching Session

During our Initial Intake Process we ask you to complete a thorough assessment of your current reality concerning all things health, wellness and nutrition related. This Initial Wellness Assessment is a foundation set of data that will help you and your coach understand you, your history and your needs with greater clarity.

The FitVision Triangle™

The FitVision Triangle™ allows us to set a clear vision for where you want to go with your health and nutrition goals. We will work together to really clarify our first phase together as we look to customize your unique FitVision Coaching strategy.

The FitVision Periodization Model™

The FitVision Periodization Model™ takes a methodic approach to fulfilling your FitVision. We go through 4 phases of focus with various intensity and goals to give your body exactly what it needs to meet the demands of your long term FitVision. This approach means long term success for you and your goals.

Personalized Recommendations and Action Plan for You

Your needs and desires and goals are unique to you. Your Coach will work with you to craft a completely personalized and customized strategy and step by step plan to move you progressively towards your long term goals.

Relationship Based Accountability

One aspect of Coaching that makes it so special is its inherent permission to provide encouraging feedback and accountability. Our Coaches strive to build trust and encouragement into the relationship while at the same time keeping you honest and accountable to the goals that you set for yourself. We do this through regular communication and availability to support you when the challenges get in the way.

We Leverage Technology

Nutrisoma Wellness is a technology oriented organization and we are driven by the desire to make our client experience as rich and efficient as possible. To that end we provide Virtual Online Coaching, access to our Private Online Client Health Portal and App, as well as free access to some of the most comprehensive nutrition and wellness tools available to our clients.

Our Initial Assessment process will help us determine the current level of proficiency that you have concerning The Domains of Health and Wellness™ and the associated knowledge and skills that are needed to be successful at mastering each domain. This determination will then inform and direct our protocols and strategies for success.

Level 1 Clients

The General Population

Our Level 1 Clients are individuals who initially have little or no experience or education concerning the necessary skills and strategies to successfully have long term sustainable results in optimizing their nutrition, health and wellness.

Level 2 Clients

Wellness Practitioners

Our level 2 clients have a history of successfully managing their wellness and nutrition over long periods of time. They have an intermediate level of education and the supporting skill set to expect successful results for their efforts.

Level 3 Clients

Athletes

Our level 3 clients are individuals who have mastered skills and strategies that have led to their long-term health and wellness. These individuals usually have very specific health goals, or a desire to excel or compete in their preferred modality of fitness.

We will help you achieve your long term health and wellness goals through our proven process of Metabolic Restoration, Body Recomposition and Lifestyle Customization. We utilize our progressive periodization model to ensure that you have a solid science based foundation for crafting and building your habits and behavior's over time to ensure real long term success.  

The majority of our clients are starting out at level 1 and together we work towards progressing them into level 2. Occasionally a client may want to integrate wellness, nutrition and fitness into their lives at a level that would categorize them as athletic or health centric in all they do and we progress those clients to level 3. We can start a client at any level as long as they have the prerequisite knowledge, skills, and history of successful practice found in the preceding level.

At Nutrisoma Wellness we take a genuine interest in each clients long term journey. That journey includes their past history with nutrition and wellness. As well as their vision for the future concerning their personal health.

Because we are "big picture" focused this means we are not the right fit for some who are looking for quick fixes. We have created our Level Up system as a way to help clients and potential clients understand the milestones necessary to have real long term success on this journey. By strategically and incrementally educating and equipping our clients we help empower them to transform their lives applying what they have learned along the way.

It troubles us to see the health and wellness space filled with quick fix claims and prepackaged programs distributed to the masses. The truth is that those approaches do more harm than good. We prefer to work with people who are willing to do what it actually takes to see long term change in their lives concerning their wellness - and the truth is that it takes time, it takes commitment and it takes real transformation.

You may be "shopping around" for a Coach to help you with your goals, and you should make an informed decision, so we encourage researching your options. Our hope for you, whether you choose us or another provider, is that you will partner with someone who is honest with you upfront about what it truly takes to go from where you are to where you want to be.

Please steer clear of any provider that promotes a "challenge" or an "exclusive" fad diet or process. If you go that direction - you may very well see results in the short term, only to find that the method is unsustainable as a lifestyle - this is where we get the term "yo-yo dieting". Quick results and and a quick relapse.
There is an ancient proverb that says, "Give a man a fish - feed him for a day. Teach him to fish and feed him for a lifetime."

At Nutrisoma Wellness we don't do prepackaged plans or cookie cutter protocols. We work with every client to teach them how to construct their own nutrition and meal planning in a way that compliments their goals and preferences.

With the knowledge to understand and construct your own healthy meal plan you can manage your own health with confidence.

The same holds true for your modality of exercise. Each person has different needs, preferences, resources and goals so how could a premade plan accomplish the same outcomes for different needs.

We strive to educate and equip you to be a confident steward of your own heath and wellness. 
We can't and no one else can either - and if they are  - they are being dishonest with you. Why, because ultimately the responsibility for results rests on you, the client.

We can guarantee that we will work along side you as a partner to educate you, engage you and empower you to make the necessary changes to meet your goals - but we can't follow you home, or to the grocery store, or to the restaurant. Only you can do that.

This is why we only accept clients who are serious about transformation. Transformation includes, establishing a growth mindset, learning new things, putting those things into practice, experimenting, tweaking, adapting and patience with yourself and the process.

We believe that real growth happens as a result of the transformational journey and different outcomes are a result of transformation. Therefore, we have designed our client journey to facilitate their desired outcomes through their own transformational journey - but it is a partnership - and both partners have to willingly participate in the process for it to bring desired outcomes.
We do an Initial Intake assessment with our clients that helps us together determine the best point of entry for them.

Our Level 1 Package focuses on developing motivation, knowledge and skills that lead to success. If a potential client comes to us with a proven track record of applying all Level 1 proficiencies on their own, then we will consider them for Level 2. However, the vast majority of our clients begin at Level 1 and then graduate to level 2 when they are truly ready and confident to take that next step.

Level 1 prepares our clients to be truly successful in Level 2. Level 2 is where our clients begin to develop higher levels of competence and independence in the personal wellness journey.

For a client to be accepted into our Level 3 Cohort they must have completed our Level 1 and 2 packages at least once or be referred to us by a current Level 3 member.
Our Coach's are regularly monitoring their client's metrics and bio-feedback while also staying attuned to their current location on the spectrum of their journey and goals.

A Coach may want to communicate some updates, new recommendations or strategies, or gather more information at any given time. At these times the Coach will often create a short video communicating the updates or recommendations and send it to the client within our private client portal and app.

This keeps two way communication fresh and focused throughout the journey. Of course our Coach's are also available via messaging and scheduled sessions in alignment with the clients current package as well.
